From time to time, the Board is contacted by OLE Lot Owners who are interested in selling their lake property. Most of the lots for sale are single lots and cannot be used for building purposes. However, some lot may be adjacent to or across from a current lake residence. Purchasing one of these properties can add to your lake footprint and increase the value of your current holdings. Vacant lots are assessed $47.00 a year in annual dues.
